I don't want a bunch of apartments when there are plenty of open apartments, homes, etc to rent and buy close by .

We do not support putting apartments in for this development due to many reasons:
1. Traffic there is already a mess and adding high residential apartments there would only exacerbate the issue.
2. School overcrowding is a major issue in Forsyth county and adding these apartments will only make it worse in an area where all of the schools are overwhelmed.
3. Many studies have shown that crime rates go up with more high residential housing.
4. Property values in the surrounding area will be diminished with apartments in the area.
5. The developer said previously they would take out the apartments and put townhouses in place instead, now they still want to to do apartments. This is not a developer we want to do business with in Forsyth as they are not trustworthy.
