DO NOT SUPPORT the application to rezone the current Commercial Business District to Master Planned District if plan includes apartments. We do not support any residential rentals being developed on this site at the intersection of Peachtree Parkway (Hwy 141) and Brookwood Rd. We support residential units developed for purchase only.

Even in the last year, traffic at 141 and McGinnis has gotten so much worse coming from the North in the morning. Also, the public schools are way over-crowded. My baby-sitters complain that there are just too many kids in the schools.
