"No" to the building of any apartments near Brookwood lake subdivision! The negative impact of apartments is not wanted! Apartments result in an arrival of serious crime to the area, a significant decrease in home values, overcrowding of schools, decrease in school performance rating, a transient community, and a significant increase in traffic! This is a safe, stationary family community and we wish to keep it as such.
