I'm fine with townhouses and homes but I do NOT want apartments. This part of town can not handle high-density housing projects like this.

Please do not allow apartments to be built on this land. Traffic and the schools cannot support high density housing and it will hurt home values. We all bought our house for a reason, we loved the environment and community of this area. By adding appt and any high density housing if any kind in this location is one of the many things this county has let happen that is ruining the area. Please don’t alllow this and preserve what makes south Forsyth county and this area such a great place to live.

This area is too congested as it is. Hwy 141 / Brookwood intersection is dangerous enough with the amount of traffic that passes through each hour. Let’s not add more cars into that mix. There are plenty of other areas in this county that are less congested and might want this type of growth. We do not and oppose this in our area.

We live within a mile of the proposed development. The schools and roads can not handle this sort of high-density housing. This plan encourages transient residents, not a growing base of property-tax generating residents who can contribute to a stable and growing permanent community.

I don't see any benefit to local community except additional congestion, pollution and for our kids to be injured from higher accident potential on crowded streets. Having highways in our backyard is NOT an answer.
