The latest plan (2/8/2018) contains over 200 apartment layout townhomes that may be converted to apartments. Our schools cannot support ANY residential at this site.

No new apartments in Forsyth. Too much traffic and congestion already. Need to improve roads and infrastructure first.

Vast multi-unit housing is rampant in Gwinnett County, which is why we recently moved to Forsyth. Apartments overload schools, traffic, and public safety services. I don't believe there is any positive outcome of allowing more apartments in our community.

Very concerned about adding a high density development (apartment and retailers) to an area that already has major traffic issues. Montgrove resident.

I do not support this rezoning to include rental apartments. Brookwood Rd is a mess... please no high density rental properties. Thank you.

Saddle brook Glen As a homeowner, I do not support this rezone application. This is not in the best interest of the community. I live just down the street and our roads and schools simply can not accommodate this.

This area cannot support a development of this size. It is already over-crowded and anyone approving this is NOT doing what is in the best interest of the residents who live in the area. Period.

No. I do not support this development on building apartments.

Road and schools can't accommodate this. Thank you.

Enough is enough! There's already way too much growth for road systems that can't handle the number of residents!
