I live in the Caney Estates neighborhood and we are directly impacted with this development. We can't think of the increase in traffic with this development.

No apartments please. Schools are overcrowded and traffic is horrible in the evenings. Plus many new developments already in process.

We cannot allow a development of this kind. It will significantly erode property value and the community appeal that currently exists in South Forsyth. We must push for the right development partners with a vision that aligns with the communitiy's vision!
