I grew up in Gwinnett and in 20 years I saw Gwinnett Place go from a hot spot to a no-go spot because of the high density growth. Wayne Hill (County Comm.) who we used to joke about "never seeing a tree he didn't want to cut down". If we want to preserve the value of our homes, we have to assure that any growth adds value to our community.

Rental units bring transient people. And additional children which will dilute our schools and cause a greater burden on our tax base. Further Traffic will complicate our family lives in these neighborhoods.

• APARTMENTS ADD NO VALUE TO OUR COMMUNITY • SCHOOLS WILL BE IMPACTED AND SCHOOL SCORES CAN DROP • ADJACENT HOME VALUES WILL GO DOWN • DRAMATIC INCREASE IN TRAFFIC FROM HIGH DENSITY APARTMENTS

I live in Caney Creek. This proposed development will crater our property values. Terrible idea!!
