Brookwood Lake
Development is out of hand without the supporting infrastructure. Apartments will just make it much worse. Caney/Brookwood/Old Alpharetta all overloaded as it is. Have Mr.. Swope try to navigate that area from 4-7PM for a week & see what he thinks. Save the quality of the Caney Creek Preserve as well.

This is not how Rick Swope indicated he would represent us when he was campaigning to get our votes. We have TOO many people here now, it's hurting our schools, too many cars on our little two lane roads and our overall quality of life in this area. It's ridiculous that it can take 30+ minutes to go 2-4 miles. Stop the new housing. We need more business and restaurants not housing.

Subdivision: Brookwood Lake/Glenmoor
Opposed to apartments (in any number), fine with townhomes, would prefer it stay strickly commercial/retail.
Opposed to truck entrances and loading docks off Caney Rd. Trucks should come in off 141 and not be allowed on Caney Rd.

Please do not approve any apartments. They are deleterious to the surrounding communities, regardless of the promises made by the builder.

Please do not approve apartments and town homes in this location. Our schools can not handle any more capacity, especially the volume this type of community would generate.
