This will not be good for this community. We want to keep our residential standard the same. This will drastically change the environment.

Please don't allow apartments in our neighborhood. We moved here to avoid situations like this. Home values will be effected.

I would prefer no new homes altogether (Pure commercial). If that is not available, then I support this petition to have no apartments in the new development. Glenmoor.

We need homeowners who have a vested interest in the community. Apartments negatively impact our roads/traffic and do not bring in tax money to support the kids they bring into the schools. Move to the city if you want to live in an apartment. Call me if you want to buy a home. If you want city life-go live there. There is an overflow of available apartments. Head over to Gwinnett, Norcross or Smyrna/Marietta. Lot's of availability.

I definitely agree with the petition that NO APARTMENTS or any residential rentals be developed on the site of the intersection of Peachtree Parkway (Hwy 141) and Brookwood Rd. There will be transients which will bring more crime into our neighborhoods and the value of our property will decrease.

The transient population that comes with apartments will negatively impact our highly-ranked school system and traffic. Apartments belong closer to Atlanta rather than this far into the suburbs.

Per Clark Howard, the rental market is overbuilt currently. I do not see how adding additional rentals will add long term value to this site and development. This developer does not have our communities interest at heart. We should be supporting a beautification and stabilization of the 141 corridor.

We oppose this proposed rezoning and construction being that it will have major repercussions with worse traffic than there already is. It would bring down home values in the area. The area is already overpopulated and just getting worse. This would make matters worse; impact schools negatively. In my opinion, apartments don't belong in the area.

This proposed rezoning will make traffic worse and negatively impact schools. There are already too many apartments (existing and proposed) in South Forsyth County.
