A development with rentals and this density in this location is a TERRIBLE idea! Consider the impact on schools and traffic which already is driving us nuts. Please do your duty to those of us already here and deny this!

An Active Active community would be a better fit. No further crowding of the schools. Sells well in Forsyth County too!

Please keep apartments out of our neighborhood. This adds a huge burden to our already bulging streets and schools. I do not believe that the taxes raised from these apartments will outweigh the cost of having them in our community. Please take a smart and logical approach to the well-being and safety of our neighborhood and to Forsyth County as a whole!

Forsyth County is already over crowded with traffic and school situation. Keep the piece of land as commercial zone!
