Please consider the residents of the area who experience long travel delays due to the already congested roadways and do not vote to allow apartments in the proposed Fuqua development. The impact on our property values would be devastating.

An apartment complex of that size would impact our community and the overall balance. Most importantly it would effect the school system drastically.

As a homeowner in Saddlebrook Glen, I am opposed to the Fuqua Development plan to include apartments and townhomes in their development at the intersection of 141 and Brookwood. There are too many access points from Caney Road into the development. The traffic congestion currently is beyond capacity. The impact to the school system would negatively impact the current students. The 141 corridor is assuming a heavy commercial presence consistent with the Hwy. 41, Cobb County area. This will not improve the "quality of life" homeowners desire for this area.

The schools and roads in this area can not support apartment buildings which will also bring down our home values in surrounding neighborhoods.

This area is already too congested. This proposed rezone will worsen the situation.

Too close to elementary school.

This area cannot support apartments nor does it need another grocery store or theater. Traffic is already horrific in this area and is hurting resell value.

Apartments will lower property values and put a strain on the schools and parks our tax dollars built.
