We are so over-crowed already! Apartments CANNOT be allowed in this already over-crowded area. This community is made up of families - the transient nature of renters will not be a good thing for our community. The strain on schools, TRAFFIC and Caney Creek Park will be a negative for all of us.

This is an ill conceived project. Traffic is already ridiculous on the tiny 2 lane ROAD you propose building on. We at Brookwood lake strongly appose this. WE elected you to represent US. No apartments.

Our schools are already over loaded and congestion is horrible at 141 Hwy and Brookwood already! I'm still wondering how the fire department is going to get out of traffic high traffic hours!

We CANNOT handle any more families in this small area. The traffic is beyond chronic. Our lifestyle and property value will be seriously impacted if apartments are allowed here. We moved here to get away from the dense housing - the county is unrecognizable now. Not all progress is good progress. The type of transient people apartments attract cannot be a good thing for those of us here already.

No apartments! This area is already congested and it will even be more congested with the worst type of high density residential---apartments. I live very close to this area in Creekstone Estates and know first hand of the traffic issues we have already in this part of 141. Please listen to your consituents!

I object to high density residential development. The schools are at or reaching capacity, and traffic is getting bad with all the other new developments in the area. We don't need a high density project to make this worse.
