As a resident of the Montvale subdivision I am opposed to the rezoning request to change the property in question from CBD to MPD. The area is not well suited for construction of apartments. The additional residents occupying them will place unnecessary stress on the surrounding schools and other infrastructure while degrading the value of the area's neighborhoods. Current and planned development of apartments throughout Forsyth County is more than adequate to accommodate future demand. I ask that our County Planning Commission and County Commissioners deny this request.

This area is already so congested. It will add to the congestion and traffic will become a nightmare.

The Brookwood Rd junction with 141 is already a disaster. This is not progress, it will make a bad situation worse

I oppose apartments on this property. Too many apartments being built in south Forsyth!

Absolutely unfair to the current residents - homeowners who are going to stay and invest in the community for long term. We have to endure already congested traffic, congested schools - no more high density and transient (non-ownership) type of community in our district!

Our area already has too much congestion. Apartments will only make it worse.

Have you tried getting ANYWHERE from this area at 4:00-6:00? If this is approved, everyone who votes for it should be forced to move into our area and drive our kids to soccer/ballet/baseball/whatever. You will see the impact this will make in an already over saturated area. Just because there is an empty spot, doesn't mean someone should be making money there.

Our infrastructure is not equipped to handle the traffic volume increase brought on by apartments
