Florida A&M University's Chemistry Department is penalizing all students enrolled in the 2016 Spring Chemistry 1045 and 1046 courses by not allowing the students to take the American Chemical Society (ACS) Final Exam because of their irresponsibility in both guarding and administering the exam. This eliminates 15% of the students grades. Thus, resulting in many students failing, being required to repeat the course, and/or loosing their scholarships.
