Obviously, the infrastructure can barely cope with the existing population in terms of traffic, doctors, dentists and even pathways and cycle tracks. The Neighbourhood Plan seems to be being dismissed as just so much waffle.

The doctor's cannot cope with the present population, there is a lack of recreational vacilities within the village and to put it bluntly, Brundall is saturated.

Brundall is losing its character and being swamped by new houses.Infrastructure cannot cope with more houses.What happened to the neighbourhood plan with the protection of views?

Enough is enough. Traffic in and out of village is at saturation point and infrastructure can't cope.

We do not have the infrastructure to support more houses i.e.schools doctor surgeries and more traffic.Cucumber lane roundabout is chaos now and could not deal with more cars
We need this land for sports facilities.

If there was to be 200+ houses built in Brundall on the land by the memorial hall the carnage to our roads that would follow would be devastating to our VILLAGE and surrounding areas. The gain of traffic whilst developing and then once developed would not only damage surfaces on our main route roads, the congestion would be unbearable and dangerous especially the A47 junction roundabout at cucumber Lane and Yarmouth road. The public service are over stretched at present if another 200+ homes are built how many more people are you adding to this problem, it wouldn't be feasible. Our neighbour plan is that the village remains to have countryside views this area is the only real view across countryside left within the village.

This village cannot cope with a further development of houses. The street is at breaking point several times a day, when people come and go to work, and when school starts and finishes. 200 new homes will put an impossible strain on the school and doctors. The infrastructure in Brundall is not there.

Brundall has become car park.Where are these people going to park on the school run or when shopping. There are insufficient doctors.

Doctors and school can't cope with todays residents. What provision for the future? Have the powers that be tried exiting Brundall via roundabout and the volume of traffic from Acle and Blofield. Both places which are also experiencing numerous building projects. I think not.

200 houses could mean up to 1000 new residents and 400 cars or more. It is dangerous to leave the village via the A47 now without adding to the problem. What plans exist to solve this problem? With the shortage of schooling and medical facilities can we cope with an increase in the population before more important issues are resolved? Does no one think things through anymore and consider the knock-on effects?

Well this is happening people...we have a very limited time to lodge concerns as this proposal is now with the council for approval. Planning number is 20171386. Take a look. Feels defeatist but think it's going to go ahead no matter what. Sad times for Brundall residents and the local wildlife.
