Needs a new doctors or school/nursery. Even some businesses would be better than houses.

We already have too many new houses in Brundall which is putting enormous pressure on the roads, school, doctor's surgery, dentist etc. Brundall is losing its identity as a village and fast becoming a suburb of Norwich. We do not have the infrastructure and facilities to accommodate any more new build quite apart from the fact that this latest proposal for 170 houses east of the memorial hall will completely obliterate the best view in Brundall. Please listen to the residents of the village who say NO to further new housing.

I understand that there is a desperate need for housing ,but Brundall as a village,has,over the last two years done its bit with two new,large housing developments which have had an impact on roads,school and medical centre ,I really hope the cash hungry developers don't win this time .

Why spoil the rural quality of life we have in Brundall with lovely walks and views which we have already stated in previous questionnaires that we want to keep! Please listen to what Brundall residents actually want! How about building the other side of the River Are as we now have reached saturation point as Health Centre and infrastructure already can't cope.

Brundall and the surrounding villages just can not cope with further developments. The infrastructure at best is poor, just driving through the villages will show this. When it rains the roads flood which closes off main roads as the surrounding areas cannot absorb the water, sewage is pumped out of the drains into the roads and pavements and traffic has to flow through single track roads leading to further congestion and accidents. Green areas are being used to further develop estates and the main routes on to the A47 at peak times are horrendous.
Maybe the planners and developers should spend some time in these rural villages instead of thinking of lining their own pockets and actually see what your developments are doing to our communities, way of life and the surrounding areas and wildlife.

So many good reasons not to have these houses built: infrastructure not up to it, wildlife too vulnerable, farmland too valuable, access so dangerously limited,

Brundall is targeted by developers who care not for our rural villages. The infrastructure can not cope, the village can not sustain yet another development. The NPlan specifically protects the area concerned which is also out side of the development envelope and is on prime agricultural land.

I strongly object to the proposal for 200 new homes in Brundall. I agree with the comments that have been made, it is impossible to get a doctor's appintment and the school cannot take more children. PLEASE do not destroy this beautiful village with more unnecessary housing

I grew up in Brundall and Blofield, plus have family and friends still living there, so I often go back. The area is saturated with new housing and the landscape is being slowly destroyed. This would take away a scenic and much loved view between the villages and add more pressure to the local services/traffic. If the place needs recreation space, then utilise the land already there - don't build another large estate on top of it.

I object to the proposal of 200 more houses in Brundall. We do not have the services I.e doctors, school places, etc to cope with such an influx of new residents. It will encroach on an open green space enjoyed by villagers, especially as we are denied access to the riverside. It also encroaches onto already designated as recreational land by broadland d.c. a decision put in place more than 20 years ago.

I agree with all that has been said.......doctors, dentists and school not able to take anymore people, and we are a village, not a town, let's keep it that way.

It is already difficult to access the A47. The health centre already has too many patients for the number of doctors. This lovely village is ceasing to be a village.
