Both Brundall and Blofield are becoming saturated with high priced, densely built housing with no regard for associated infrastructure. Brundall has a very limited amount of natural amenity land within it or land for recreational activities. The boundaries between the villages are becoming increasingly blurred.

The village infrastructure can not cope with another increase in houses. The access to the site via Brundall Road has not been considered adequately with the existing proposal being a safety risk.

At the moment I do no think the roads could cope with more houses. Access to the A47 would need to be via slip-road (not a roundabout) for this to be viable, and some of the roads in the village are not suitable for increased traffic. Whilst there would be a benefit to the shops, I'm not sure if the GP, school or other infrastructure could cope.

I have lived in Brundall for over 30 years and over the last few years we have endured extensive development without any improvement to infrastructure, schools and social facilities( including access to the river for residents). The village is over crowded now further development without first improving the situation would drastically destroy the quality of life for current residents. No to this proposal.

Services are already over stretch in Brundall. The medicel centre is under stress.

Brundall is already overpopulated and there will not be enough access to schools, doctors, community facilities etc. so why not build a new village elsewhere in Broadland with new facilities and infrastructure instead of putting further stress on an existing location.

Our medical centre, school and roads in Brundall cannot cope now. What's it going to be like when we have more houses.

The village is just becoming too big. We all know the doctors cannot cope. The school is stretched and we are all too aware of the problems of the local roads! Enough is enough!

Please don't destroy Brundall with over-development. The infrastructure is not there to support it and people choose to live there to enjoy the countryside. To enjoy the open fields, trees and nature. We dont want to be another Thorpe St Andrew.

The infrastructure on this side of Norwich is already overwhelmed. The A47 entry /exit is an accident wacting to happen

I object to the proposal of 200 new houses. Greedy developers are not thinking of future generations. We chose to live in this beautiful village as we wanted our children to grow up in the countryside and to see wildlife! Another housing development would turn Brundall in to a concrete town with no green space. Since the recent 2 housing developments the village infrastructure is struggling to cope - it is already dangerous walking through the village due to the increased volume of traffic. The exit onto the A47 is already perilous. Doctors, dentists etc are all struggling. I say no more new houses!

The village infrastructure is groaning now, before full occupation of existing developments. It surely cannot sustain any more.

I do not agree with more houses being built in Brundall, since the new estate oppersite Berryfields has been built it has had such an impact on the village no more large housing estates please keep Brundall a small village

Another housing development in the area will add greater pressure to the village infrastructure, mostly involving transport, health and schools. We are finding it more difficult to get a doctors appointment quickly and another 500 or so people added to Brundall is going to make things worse. It will also take away the panoramic landscape from the heart of the village that has stood for generations between Blofield and Brundall.

There is not enough infrastructure in this village to cope with yet more houses. I wait weeks on end to get an appointment to see A GP ( not necessarily my own!) The traffic through the village is far too great & large for the roads in the village.

At present there is not the infrastructure to support existing population. You wait unto six weeks now for a routine appointment at the local surgery. Which is in turn putting additional pressures such as the ambulance service and the nearest hospitals.
Your taking away green space, which helps the environment and wild life.

Access point totally unsuitable for this amount of houses and will cause congestion in Blofield Road/Brundall Road. Infrastructure, doctors, schools all inadequate to cope with extra population
