NO to more houses in Brundall! Recent weeks with sewer, roads, health centre and school overload only go to prove the point that Brundall cannot cope now. Further erosion of our village life and taking away the best walk and rural view across to Blofield church with further building surely needs to be stopped.

We have very little green spaces within the village and the proposed building of new homes will seriously decrease that facility. I regularly walk down the footpath from Highfield Avenue to the Memorial hall and stop to admire the view toward the golf course and beyond. However my main cause for alarm is the effect on our health care. Brundall health centre is under extreme pressure at the moment. I have had to wait for up to 5 weeks to get an appointment to see my doctor. When will the insane push for concrete and tarmac throughout Brundall stop ? Our "village" (town) can't take anymore.

Brundall ely little village with lovely views of surrounding areas. We have already had one of the fields taken away for a housing estate. We don't need anymore.. Our school, doctors and Nursery are already struggling..

I would like to support the proposal for 200 new houses in brundall, we have had enought new houses in our village which will soon become a town if we dont protect the open space. I hope the land both by the memorial hall and on berryfields are not built on i support your campaign

Brundall would be turned from a pleasant village with excellent green views, as envisaged by the Local Development Plan, into an urban suburb with insufficient provision for health care, primary school places and an even noisier Street where traffic from other villages pass on their way to Norwich and beyond.

Far too many houses for the overstretched school, surgery and road system to cope with. The proposed access road will join Brundall Road between a single vehicle restriction and a dangerous bend where parked cars, and vehicles driving out from Highfield Avenue, already constitute a hazard. Not a good idea to add more vehicles there.

The infrastructure in Brundall cannot cope with 200 new homes. Brundall has 1 doctors surgery, 1 school and where's the parking for all the extra cars going to be?
Ahh yes, i know, Broadland District Council will build another car park.
So where's that going to be then?
Now, should i start about the drainage system?
More water on the roads, because the drainage system cannot cope with the amount of water that is already flooding the roads. Also, bins emptied, next they will cut services so that the bins only get emptied once a fortnight, piss off, who are you trying to kid..... Brundall will soon be another suburb of Norwich with no green belt and will look like London in 1977 with dustbin bags piled everywhere.
Broadland District Council can take their proposal and the backhanders that have probably already been paid and shove it up their arse.
So that's a big fat NO to 200 new homes then.

This is madness to build yet more houses. The schools, roads, doctors are all overstretched, Cars cannot get out of the village onto the A47 at Cucumber Lane roundabout in the mornings now and all roads feed to that roundabout. The land in question is a wonderful asset for the village as it is.

School, Medical centre, Main Street are overloaded as it is. Problems with flooding and sewerage are frequently happening. No more houses thank you.

The village cannot accommodate a further influx of people without significant investment into the village infrastructure beforehand. The roads are congested, the paths are narrow, the school space is limited, the doctor's surgery is full, there is little recreation space, the drains flood. The proposed development will put further strain on all of these aspects. The ongoing Virgin Cable debacle demonstrates just how our village just cannot cope.
The outstanding and beautiful view from the Memorial Hall over to Blofield will be lost forever, a price cannot be put on this. With the housing developments recently completed, and still being completed, both in Brundall and Blofield surely it is time that we see the investment into the village infrastructure. We need infrastructure investment and not housing!

The infrastructure cannot sustain anymore housing. This craze in building more and more houses in Norfolk is rapidly destroying everything that made Norfolk a beautiful rural county. Local authorities must stand against these land developers.
