Proposed access is unsuitable roads incapable of taking the extra traffic. Local services will not cope with such an influx without radical improvement.

brundall cannot support this increase in population. school,health centre and transport including The Street are already full to capacity.

We do not need anymore homes, The Doctors,school, water mains and sewage cannot cope with anymore. It's supposed to be a village.

The Neighbourhood Plan specifically states that the view across to Blofield is to be protected - voted for by the village and ratified by BCC! Please listen to the village who have elected you to represent their views!

Local resources are stretched as it is and this development will only increase the pressure. Also objection includes traffic issues, pressure on services, road access to new houses including the emergency access, reduction in green space. Environmental issues surrounding yet further building.

There are already too many houses in Brundall based on the facilities available for the area, especially Health and Dental care.

There are already 2 big new developments. We do not have the facilities for another large development. 20 houses could be absorbed, but not 170.

It is crazy to put the access road on the far side of the village so that anyone going anywhere has to drive through the centre of either Brundall,or more likely, Blofield to access the A47. What was the point of the local plans if this is approved!

I object because this conflicts with the neighbourhood plan and the access is completely inadequate.

with alll the changes recently the village cannot cope with this influx of housing just trying to get onto the a47 roundabout is a nightmare now

No to more houses. The school cannot cope and I struggle to get a doctors appointment now. We need green open spaces for kids not more houses ! I live on the Street and the traffic is really bad on school runs (it will only get worse)

Brundall has recently had a large new housing development at Cucumber Lane, putting extra strain on local resources, roads etc. We moved here over 20 years ago partly because of the inspiring view over the fields and valleys from the memorial hall. To keep building yet more housing would be the final straw in losing the character of this place and it would become little more than a suburb of Norwich. So, I must strongly object to this proposal and am very much hoping this doesn't go ahead
