In accord with the previous comments, there is NOT the infrastructure in place to support yet another 200 houses (in addition to the 150 or so that just went up on Cucumber Lane). Brundall is a small village which, if we let the proposals go ahead, would have the aspirations of a small town. The roads, schools, Doctors surgery, countryside and facilities of Brundall are not adequate for another 800 people and 400 cars. Yes I am a NIMBY but with good reason - I do not want to see my home of the last 21 years ruined by indifferent money-grubbers. Happy to debate with anyone at any time.

Surely there has been enough housing built recently in the Brundall, Lingwood, Blofield area to say we have done our bit. The Drs, schools, roads etc can't sustain any more. If we must build more then PLEASE can it be on brown fill sites, not our precious green fields.

Totally ill thought out plan. The schools in surrounding areas are bursting to the brim already due to other new build sites -4 of them. This housing is not needed in this area.

I fear for the infrastructure in the two villages - schools, doctors, roads, drainage are already at capacity - certainly this proposal is against the policies set out in the emerging Blofield Parish Neighbourhood Plan and a lot of the land has been earmarked in Broadland District Councils Site Allocation document as recreational use. These are my own views as a resident of Blofield Parish. It is vital that the two villages remain distinct with clearly defined green space between the two.

There are very few areas of countryside left untouched in Brundall to enjoy. Soon there will be no areas of farmland to look at as it seems farm fields are being turned into housing estates ie the latest being Persimmons. We don't need this huge development in the village and to offer an artist's impression of it is very misleading.

Snuck this plan in behind the back door...not mentioned in the neighbourhood plan recently. The infastructure can't cope with another 200 house potentially 1000 people. It's decimating our village. Vote No

There are too many houses in Brundall already. Trying to park on the Street is almost impossible. The Health Centre is not coping with the population as it is.

With 200 houses ALREADY built and 200 more going to be built, meaning AT LEAST 400 extra people when are you going to give us more doctors and teachers etc.
Schools are full, doctors full. It's ridicules!
