Getting out of the village in the mornings is difficult now - the village cannot cope with more traffic - especially if the access is to be from a tiny narrow road. Brundall and Blofield are already doing their bit with multiple developements

The infrastructure, schools, surgeries, local roads can not handle this. Our villages already have a problem with flooding and excess traffic. Its about time the Council used common sense.

I worked at the local dental practice until recently. ALL dental practices in the area are full, and barely able to cope with the number of local people they already have - the GP surgery also has long waiting times, and long waits for appointments already due to the amount of patients. Where are children living in the new houses going to go to school? Local schools are full. Brundall/Blofield needs more resources, BEFORE more houses are built in the area.

Totally against this, completely the wrong location for 200 homes, the road network, schools, doctors etc will not be able to cope at all!! Have started a facebook page https://www.facebook.com/brundallsaysno/ we need to fight this

Brundall is not able to take this many houses. There is already a new large housing estate gone up. Just how do you think the amenities will cope. Stop ruining a perfect place. Just so builders can make money. Have some sense. Please.

There are way too many houses being built in Blofield and brundall. The traffic and population is clearly unsustainable. Just think !!!

It's appalling how builders get appeal after appeal overridden. Well meaning villagers seem powerless to make a difference. Look at blofield building and the massive new estate in brundall. Enough is enough. The amienaties can't cope ... Drs, school, roads, even water works ... And planning seems to override such objections every time. Well done for strating the petition ... Really hope it will make a difference. Personally I chose to live in a village with green space ... I just don't want to see it all disappear

No space in schools not enough space in doctors surgery. Roads will not cope at a bottle next by a majo ARoad junction. The plan for the estate will creat a have for crime as there is very little space amongst the housing.

My concern is that this development will merge two villages which are currently clearly defined. I live in Blofield and walk down Brundall Road every day into Brundall. There is a distinct green band of fields where you leave Blofield before entering Brundall. This development will signficantly reduce this separation. I also share the concerns of infrastructure voiced in other comments. Pedestrian access to the station needs reviewing as pedestrians already share a congested road with cars and another 200 homes in this location will increase the number of people picking up from the station by car.

Absolutely no way......... the village school isn't big enough, the doctors surgery isnt large enough, the parking in some private areas is very dubious with parked cars everywhere. There are not enough public parking spaces for the amount of cars and heavy traffic, if 200 more houses are built the situation regarding cars and commercial vehicles would be considerably worse thus, making the village more dangerous for children.
I spent 47 years in Brundall and each time I come back to seefamily and friends I am very dismayed at how bigger the village gets each time.
In the not to distant future there will be no green and pleasant land that I enjoyed as a child.

I've grown up there all my life but dislike the new housing estate already it doesn't need another it's ruining the beauty it still has

they're are far to many houses as it is, the schools and doctors will be over packed and it will be right near my house making the roads more busier and dangerous

It would completely ruin the lovely feeling that this has of being a 'quiet' village. The new builds that have just been built is plenty enough for this area!!!
