Very concerned we do not have the facilities for an extra 200 houses especially the drs. We do not want to loose the field of open space and view to the Church etc.

Brundall has already changed and is under pressure with the recent new developments and cannot sustain a further 200 houses.

Too many extra houses on top of the recent Mallards & Pastures developments. Also poor vehicular access to this site.

Definitely NO to this proposed plan as it will be the "thin edge of the wedge". The current infrastructure cannot cope as it is and more houses will only make the problem worse. Who are these houses for anyway? Brundall is called a "Broadland Village" not a town!

I object to this development because I don't want to see a Broadland Village become a town and incur the associated problems that would ensue.

The scheme will cause pressure on the streets around Brundall. It will destroy the views across the fields to St Michael''s church. The local primary is already oversubscribed. The local health centre has lost GPs over the past few years some replaced others not and is struggling to cope with patients already registered with them. The village can't take the strain. The Street is already too busy at peak hours due to parked cars causing delays and obstruction on The Street. Also children and parents going to/from the local school. There are two other developments The Pastures and another in Blofield. The character of the villags in Blofield and Brundall will be destroyed, due to over development. This greenfield site will be destroyed.

The village is far too small for another 200 houses, and it's nice like that. Building another 200 would put so much strain on local businesses, roads, access to the roundabout which are already very busy. Let's keep a small village as it should be!

Already difficult to get out of Brundall onto the roundabout, even at non peak times! The problem doesn't need adding to. Nice walks near the memorial hall will be spoilt.
