The village does not have the infrastructure to handle more homes, schools, doctors, dentists are already stretched, roads are becoming more dangerous around the school due to the increase in cars. We also have two housing projects on the go in Brundall, we need to know how the village will cope with these before we even entertain the idea of more houses. Sadly a beautiful village is being slowly ruined.

I am not sure the village infrastructure can take anymore. I find it very difficult to get a doctors appointment at the local surgery and have been asked by a dr recently to go to A&E as there were not enough appointments. Surely they need to extend the primary school, employ more GPs, make more space at the dentists and what about the green space we keep loosing? The local hospital was over capacity 7 years ago. 5 years ago I waited over 2 hours for an ambulance for my dad who was having a heat attack and in the end when one did not come a private st johns ambulance attended as there were not enough NHS ones. We need the infrastructure to go with it and at the moment I know its not there.

I am concerned about the pressure it will put on local services. This is a much loved field in our village. We have already lost our cricket ground.
This has been very badly thought out. The access roads, impact on the local area and environment, combined with the already planned developments in the surrounding area have not been considered or thought through.

Given the trajectory of the existing corner and the proposed number of dwellings I don't see how a safe junction able to deal with increased traffic could be made with blofield road.
With the loss of the cricket pitch to housing and the cucumber lane housing development then I feel that brundall has seen enough development already.

The school is at bursting point and it can take weeks to have an appointment at the dentists or GP surgery at the moment...If these developers are willing to build more classrooms, dental rooms and doctor's surgeries, and then pay for more teachers, dentists and doctors to cover the extra demand, then go ahead. If not, then NO, thank you! It was said at the meeting that apparently, the school is not to full capacity and the health centre are getting 2 new GPs. Yeah right! Not according to a GP my mum saw yesterday, he knew nothing about the 2 new GPs or the houses being planned!!! :(

Totally against this proposal.Why ruin a lovely valley, which seems to be the only greenfield site left in Brundall and lose all our wildlife from this marsh which is irreversible.
Our infrastructure is not made to cope with such a developement and the road exit/entrances suggested are totally rediculous as far as traffic safety is concerned! It's a big NO from usl

The village can hardly cope with the additional houses already being built. The infrastructure and resources are not adequate. Brundall is a village and as such should be kept as a village.

Another ridiculous decision about to be passed or is it? What's the attraction . . 1 junior school, a small medical practice and already over burdened roads. No more ugly new builds. Has any thought been given to the wildlife in this area . . . NO. Has any thought been given to our infrastructure. . . NO. The only people benefitting from this are property developers who no doubt live miles away from Beautiful Brundall. Back off from our village!

I'd also suggest the parish council take down the big green misnomer village sign and change it to town that they seem hell bent on creating
