No thank you! We need to preserve the green belt which separates Brundall from Blofield. A new estate has only just sprung up on Cucumber Lane and we need to see the full impact this has on our lovely village before any more housing developments are given the green light! Please preserve the green belt. Once it's gone, it's gone. It's one of the treasures which makes Brundall a very attractive village to live in!

My family have lived at the last house in highfield avenue for 38 years, this plan is ludecris as it will see an already trecherous corner have another roadway added to it and no sign of fortifying the already inept roadways.why wreck one of the last few green belt areas that we have left that seperates Brundall from Blofield? The golf course and develipements from blofield have already eaten half of the Lackford Run Valley and this will greatly impact on and spoil the southern side also. The school,whilst not spilling over, already has maximum sized classes, where is the plan for a new school to compensate? Where are the infrstructure plans in the rest of the village to comoensate for the additional two hundred-plus vehicles in the village everyday; the street is already a complete joke at school run times with traffic jams and parked cars! An additional 200 families? What carnage next???

No more building on green space. The supporting facilities are also not available and never will be.

New houses have just been built and the village needs to develop in order to absorb the impact of this on services.

Too many houses are being built in the area it is putting too much strain on schools and doctors, it s also taking too much of our beautiful countryside and turning our villages into towns

we have had the pastures 160 units but I thought our allocated numbers to 2026 was 50 units

I heard recently that a few houses will be demolished under compulsory purchase to accommodate the access road at the bottom of Highfield Avenue. These houses are occupied by families with children at local schools who would then be moved at the council's discretion. This cannot happen.

there can be no more in fill in Brundall. When questioned one of the developers lied at the public meeting when he said he had been assured by the Brundall Medical Centre that they could cope with the influx. In fact they are struggling with current developments and the transfer of Blofield patients.

This proposed development would put immeasurable pressure on already struggling schools and the village GP practice and would generate a volume of traffic with which Brundall could not cope. It would make The Street, with its narrow pavements, even more dangerous for pedestrians than it is already. The A47 roundabout is already a nightmare to negotiate and the Cucumber Lane housing development is not even finished. The proposed access routes to the new development would be a total nightmare. This is not a case of NIMBYism, it's plain common sense!

The infrastructure in and around Brundall, especially with regard to the highways is already over capacity. There should be a limit to the number of additional dwellings in the village

Trying to get on to the A47 roundabout is difficult enough as it it is. 200 houses with an average of 1.5 cars means 300 more cars! If it gets any worse they will have to build a foot bridge over the High street just to cross the road. They wont be happy until they've joined Brundall to Thorpe.
