I cant believe they would even consider building a facility like that near our park and school. We walk by there with our kids everyday to go to the park. I see banning high school kids walk that route every morning. There will be sexual predators, junkies, opportunists of Crimes sitting waiting to commit crimes agents our children and families walking by. It’s a Big NOOO. They can build that on route 47 next to the refineries were no one walks by.

1424 Deepwater is a horrible site for housing. It's an old oil well site, and hazardous to remove contamination-Project Greenup. It's too close to our Senior Citizen Center, residential properties, and Banning High School. It is also across the street from a -State Cemetary Historical site, so maybe they can build a restroom facility and some parking for this site? Also when the park has large activities, parking gets scarce. There are better uses for this vacant lot. More importantly if it is ever developed it needs to have a proper & legal clean up for the environment and us residents!

We are tired of our public officials using our community for a dumping ground. We are tried of them lying to us. Just remember its not ILLEGAL FOR OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS TO LIE TO US. Our public officials have lie to us to further their agenda and Double Talk JOES is know different.
