There is no way that there should a homeless shelter in this neighborhood were there
is a school and family home with children. There are many other places were this shelter can be built.Wilmington already has low income housing. That why Wilmington can not thrive like other city there for I oppose that this project be pass. Leave are neighborhood the way it is.Thank You

There should not be a homeless shelter put in so close to a high school and also so close to family own homes.... They should find a better section of town were it would be more appropriate and away from children...

The Wilmington Neighborhood Council took official action against the Perminate Supportive Housing in Wilmington by filing a community impact statement. This is in a R1 zone. No low income apartments should be built here. I strongly oppose this in Wilmington.

Rezoning efforts are very obviously NOT what the voting & tax paying constituents want. Stop chopping wood & carrying water for the deep for profit soecial interest groups and serve the people per the oath you took. This blatant corruption must be stopped.

Wilmington has done it's part for homeless shelters. It's about time other cities put in their fair share.

There are better solutions for the homeless such as the Terminal Island Project that will give them a step up, not enable them.
