When I visit from Atlanta I spend several hours shopping and having a leisurely lunch or dinner. I don't want to have to watch the clock and be rushed. That's the whole point of visiting a place with a slower pace than Atlanta!

You cannot see all our beautiful town has to offer in that time frame. It's ridiculous that the train will not have ample time to find another place to have people park. Also, we don't need ANY more signs in downtown Blue Ridge, it take away from the charm.

Former resident. This seems totally ludicrous for this town. This council never seems to make good decisions based on the 15 years we have lived there. They definitely need some new blood!

I am a frequent shopper downtown. Blue Ridge has many amazing shops, dining and entertainment. Easily an all day experience which brings vital spending and economic growth to the local economy. By limiting parking to 2-3 hours, this will significantly deter visitors to the downtown area and hurt town economy and growth as a result.

We operate Horse Creek Stable Bed and Breakfast in Mineral Bluff. Our business is highly dependent on tourism and we refer many of our guests to downtown business for dining and shopping.
