For the last few weeks we have been campaigning to lower the age to recieve minimum wage as we believe that a National Minimum Wage should be applicable for males and females at any age - If work and effort is achieved, a fair wage should always be paid. We believe that it is unfair that hardworking students who are still in school, that being in year 9, 10 or 11, are able to be paid whatever their employer’s, wish which is often a very low and unfair amount. As a group we have been designing posters, leaflets and flyers to help promote our campaign, also we are in preparations of a PowerPoint presentation; to be observed by local mp's and school staff/governors
