This Petition is for the support to build safe public Cannabis Smoking Areas at least 2 miles away from any school, store or office building. There will be an outdoor area where mainly NJMMP patients can enjoy the medicine without worrying about "disturbing" the community. Legal Cannabis States has had thousands of citations handed out for smoking in public. Also most rented Townhouses, Apartments and Condos don't allow smoking Cannabis indoors in your own home. This hasn't been looked at enough and we need a fix. SRL Stops will guarantee the safety of Cannabis Users from Police Citations and even save New Jersey citizen's their homes.

Living in an apartment complex makes it impossible to medicate without getting hassled by neighbors. We need a spot where we can go and not worry about getting in trouble for just being at home.
If there are smoking areas. You should be allowed to smoke cannabis.
