NJ is losing so much tax money to other states. Put that cash into our schools and stop locking people up for a plant that is basically harmless compared to alcohol.

I don't even approve of marijuana use, but I believe the approach of criminalizing it has failed. People are spending more time in jail for smoking weed than for rape and murder in some cases.
