My daughters father has his own business and the courts have done nothing. We go back and forth to court 5-6 times a year for 8 years now he hets stays of enforcement and gets whatever he wants when it comes to mot paying i have full custody of my daughter after fighting for 5 years and contesting every single court date he took me to. He has a rn fiance with a 5 thousand dollar engagment ring on her finger my my daughter goes without. I work over 60 hours a week 7 days and i still dont make my bills. I have tried to get legal help also i have tried to prove he has his own business as the court told me to get proof by pictures. Still nothing was done he works for 1-3 months out of every year on the books ill get a few payments like $1.64, $3.87, 10.34... really and why is nothing being done? I dont understand and ms. Moss in ocean county probation is a jerk off she is so nasty and just tells me i call too much and never puts a warrant on him or a license suspension.... this system is terrible!!! Something needs to be done and id love to be involved to get these dead beats made to support the innocent children they neglect!

I have a child support case and the father of my children doesn't follow the rules. He pays what he wants, when he want or sometimes not at at.

I have been dealing with this for almost 15 years and nothing has changed. I'm owed over $12,000 and will probably never see it. Thankfully I can feed my son because waiting for his father to do it would cause him to starve to death! He was also able to move out of the state and not notify anyone in the courts or probation with no consequences

my sons fathers payments are $56 a week .. he owes me almost $30,000 and middlesex county does nothing. the system is horrible

I am parent that has a case in Essex county that is owed over 11 going on 12 years of child support and they have not done anything in trying to get it... Then I have my husband who has a case in Monmouth county the worst court that doesn't care what she does with the money or where she lives or anything he over paid and they told him they can't do anything for him the worst i have seen in the court system.. I would like to see it changed from.both parents point of view I think both parents should go through an evaluation point because there are some mothers that shouldnt have there children and that they should be with there father but dyfs dont care

Child support should change. My brother is married snd he has been tsking care if his step kids, yet the kids parents only want to claim their kids at tax season, yet they dont remember their birthday , holidays. But they have time ti take my sister in law to court to have their child support reduced. They only pay 40 a month. The last time i remember $40 would only last for a child maybe 2 days what happens to the rest of the days. Really fathers kike that they dont deserve to have kids.

I totally agree changes definitely are needed. The biggest problem I have with the system is the lack off enforcement getting arrears paid and yes.. the HOTLINE near useless. The crafty way the hotline sends you around the block just to speak with your case worker is ridiculous!! I hope to see some changes real soon.

My ex pays for two kids that other people pay for one child he has a new job making a lot more money he was ordered 0 visitation and he is paying child support for him seeing the kids every other weekend . So calculations are wrong and he also lied under oath about his pay check. Judges need to be more knowledge able about military people and how our pay system works.

The system does not work. It makes it that one parent has to work all the time and the other does not have to do anything but collect. This is unfair that they do not have to work so they don't have to show that make any money.
