i have such a hard time getting anyone to actual care when I call! For the past month I have called to give my daughters fathers new job information so they can garnish wages, and every time I call they say "oh sorry no one ever put the request through" it's crazy to me I just don't understand it!

I vouch for this. I was a struggling single mom and at more than once my ex neglected to pay his support resulting in me getting more than 2 jobs. When I called to find out years ago I got the ignorant answer that I should of chose someone better to have a child with. I felt so little trying to fight for my child. The state needs to keep up and make sure no payment is skipped. I am going through it again due to my ex moving. This is unfair to my child and many children. We as custodial parents work hard and try to give our children everything they need or want. For the state to be lean on the payment and how it's done is not right.

What I loved, years ago when I was raising my children and was on public assistance, I told them where my husband at the time was, they just ignored it and continued to treat me like I was in the wrong. That's just wrong, so he got away Scott free at the expense of NJ. Crazy.

Im tired of waiting for my back support payments to be paid up . All while he is living well and comfortable. He's playing the system and he's Playing it well.

my case was closed because I never signed the paper saying my son turned 18 . I never received the said paper !! They refused to reopen case $245,000 in arrears at the time !!

I would like to know who calculates the cost of living increase? Two years ago my support was raised $2.00 a week. That doesn't even buy cereal or the milk to put in it. And those increases only happen every two years

Please update this DINOSAUR system!! Enforcement on the non custodial parent is a JOKE. Offer them jobs..no job= additional punishment. The only time i ever get consistent cs is when unemployment pays me!!! So BacKWaRDs!!!

Currently a custodial parent with> $30000.00 in arrears. Takes 6mintgs to a year for any kind of enforcement and then he pays $500 and it all goes away again

I'm a mother od 4 wonderful kids and I know how badly the court system work regarding child support....I'm all for the better changes....my ex is behind with child support of an amount of over 35,ooo.oo and no one is doing anything about it!!!

My kids father owes me over 22,000 as of now 6-1-15 and Essex County New Jersey does nothing to help I have to call and still nothing. It's not right at all.

Tired of calling and never getting my case worker on the phone, my ex owes me close to a grand and nothing gets done about it, just ignored. This whole system is a joke! Shame on you Christie for NOT caring about innocent children!!!

I have been trying to have my name changed on my account for 3 years. I have sent in the proper paperwork 5x but no one can figure out how to do it. I have emailed the main support address 6x. No response. Good thing my issues aren't urgent. Not like the noncustodial parent is paying anyway.

I as a custodial parent have had all these problems arrears owed bc the noon custodial parent worked under the table or would quit a job as soon as they would start taking child support out of his check.

There are a lot of people that can't live because they pay way to much in child support or someone that isn't paying at all..I think child support needs to be adjusted every so often...

I have encountered many of these issues. I agree a better system needs to be in place for the well being of the children
