The system is broken ....they require documentation and proof and then they don't even look at it. The judges are not just!

I think this is insane this darn government keeps taking away, many men and women need and rely on this child support to feed and cloth and help keep a roof,over their kids heads,

please you can not take child support away from the innocent people who do take care of their children my family do take care of their children which is my grandchildren and they need every dime that they can get these children did not ask to be born so now besides the mother being responsible he's fathers need to stand up and take responsibility.

Child support, overtesting, not supporting teachers... do you seriously hate our children???? Elections are coming, and more people than ever are paying attention... and engendering poor judgement.

Im tired of the parents that don't help raise their kids why should all of the financial burden be on one parent . I get no help and he gets away with paying nothing court hearing dates to enforce it always get cancel snd nothing is done .

I am stuck in this child support system and it is a complete joke. If you are poor in this world you are literally screwed & will continue to decline in society. Losing your childrdm out of fear of inprisonment is a big one. Who does that help? How does jail help anyone involved. Nothing....nothing is black and white. Reach out and help rather than persecute. Lives are being destroyed all the time. Wake up. This system is beyond flawed. It is not working. Period.

I am all for improving the system non custodial father's dont help with anythingother than minimal child support, forget about extracurricular activities clothes holidays and braces.

i have to call 2x a mth to find out why payments arent garnished like the court order has said for the past 11 yrs now that my ex husband works for his new father in law and why the company isnt fined or anything. The amount that isnt paid just gets added to the arrears

Im signing due to my child support always is in arrears and child support doednt enforce much at all to get him to pay that would scare him

This would be great.. I'm tired of struggling and my kids suffering cause there is so little or no financial help from their fathers. Very unfair

Non-custodial parent had a warrant for a year for non-payment. He turned himself in the day before he brought me to court to reduce his support payment. He was released on $50 and I never received the call to appear. The next day in court his payments were reduced. The judge told me the arrears will alaways be there but what they dont understand is the payment is needed now... not tomorrow! On top of it he lives 2 blocks away from me....how come they couldnt find him in a years time. He works off the books therefor cant prove he is working, making pretty good pay....while I struggle everyday to provide for my boys. I payed for childcare because it was my responsibility in order to work....the courts never took that into consideration. I have a voice mail on my cell from a case worker standing up for him if anyone would like to ever hear it! Touchy subject for me....could go on forever, but some of us have to put food on the table!

I am a single mother of a 12 year old. The father moved to another state and was diagnosed with depression so now SSD pays child support but only half the monthly obligation is paid.
