This is an important public safety issue. If I get a nixle for closures for road work, certainly want a nixle for beach closures for unsafe water.

Nixle is so helpful in alerting the public to safety issues. Water quality is integral to the economy, health and safety of Coronado. It makes perfect sense to add this issue to Nixle alerts.

This is a no brainer for council to do. For them not to is complete negligence and inconsideration of citizens and non citizens safety. Vote them all out if they don’t

This is an urgent communication. How are people supposed to be aware of the danger other than these puny signs.

Notification of any health/safety issue should not be an option, it should be a public safety requirement.

This situation is hurting the cities involved so much, and not only economically but also for health reazons. Those cities deserve to be protected by the Federal government.

I am a Coronado local and surfer. I suffer badly when I get a sinus infection so I would appreciate notices of H2O pollution!

Water Quality is critical information that should be easily accessible to the public. Not hidden in some obscure site that takes 10 clicks to get to.
