THIS IS A MOST HAZARDOUS SITUATION THAT CAN HELP TO BE ADDRESSED WITH A PROPER ALERT SYSTEM, FOR, WHEN THERE IS CONTAMINATION IN THE WATER, IT IS NOT EVEN SAFE TO BREATHE THE AIR!
