NISSAN CVT TRANSMISSION CLASS ACTION SUIT

My Nissan Rogue 2013 transmission Failed me on a busy highway. The rpm revved up twice so,I slowed down and then tried,to accelerate.The car had no power to move. So I had to coast my car off the side of hwy. This,could have been a,very bad outcome. No warning ,no dings,no over heat nothing. The repair cost over 5,000. I don't have that. I work over an hour,away from home. I need my car.
