My 2013 nissan rogue bought new is needing transmission replaced for the second time. I can't afford to pay for new transmission. I don't know what to do because this is my only means of transportation...

Bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra with 45,000 miles, within the last ten months had to get 3!!!! new transmissions. Numerous occasions I lost power in traffic. When you bring it in they tell you no problem to push you over your warranty!

Our 2011 Rogue transmission FAILED with only 53000 miles on it. Were told that "drive 2" failed and metal shards destroyed the CVT transmission. Vehicle is out of warranty and we have to pay the full cost of rep;acement.

I bought a used 2013 Nissan Sentra from Hurtzs rental car sales 9 months ago. The car only has 64,000 miles on it and the CVT transmission is now failing.

My 2011 Nissan Rogue lost power while traveling on the New Jersey turnpike. Nissan is well aware of the issue as it has occurred for a number of years across many models. The issue is highly dangerous and loss of life will be inevitable due to Nissan's negligence.

The CVT transmission in my 2007 Nissan Versa will not run in reverse. The cost of replacing it is $3,500. I suspect Nissan knew this design would fail early in its life.

2012 Versa 62.000 miles CVT keeps trying to go from 1500 rpm to 4500 rpm on a straight line , can't stay in one place . Sometimes the delay from stop and go is more then 4 seconds I hit the gas pedal and nothing happens . Not satisfied with this car at all . Nissan is trying to go around the problem by resetting the computer . That's not the way u fix a broken transmission Nissan .

Nissan Versa 2011 88,000 miles and needs new transmission after replacing the AC 3 yrs ago. Plus door handles fall off. Nissan is pathetic and only cares about money. I never ever buy Nissan again and will tell everyone to avoid Nissan!

I am absolutely distraught and extremely angry. My 2013 Rogue has 51k miles on it and can barely do 50mph on a slight incline, can barely pull me out of a parking lot or toll booth after driving for over an hour. I haven't even had the car for 2 weeks and reading all these reviews it seems like this problem will only get worse. Now looking into this CVT problem I am seeing all the exact same horror stories. Why is Nissan not doing anything about this.

My 2011 Rouge transmission went out with two payments left on it. 165,000 miles on it which I have been told is good for a Nissan. 4,700 dollars to fix it so needless to say I am now driving a new Honda CRV. Nissan needs to make a product that lasts. It is too bad that they cannot build a transmission that will last!

Ours started at 66,000 miles-just out of warranty. Seems like they make them last just long enough to not have to make any repairs under the warranty. The loss of power and acceleration is dangerous and frightening, especially if one is driving on the interstate with heavy traffic.

My Nissan Rogues 2013 transmission Failed me on July 11,2016 on a busy highway on the way from out of town. The rpm revved up twice and slowed down. The vehicle had no power to move fast. So I coast my vehicle off the side of hwy. I could have been a very bad out come. No warning , No dings, No over heat , No kinds of light can on, The repair cost over 5,000,Iwork over a hour, away from home, don't have that kind of money to repair my car. When Nissan no their is a problem with their Vehicle.

I have purchased three Nissan Rogues. The CVT had failed and been replaced in all three. This is a very dangerous problem that needs to be corrected. Its puts the owner in a situation where you need to replace soon after warranty runs out because you know the transmission will fail again. Google complaints on Nissan cvt problems. It is ridiculous that Nissan hasn't fixed this problem.
