Purchased my 2009 Rouge; love it but the transmission sucks. Nissan needs to offer more than to replace a CVT with another faulty CVT.

I was just notified today by the Nissan dealership that my 2012 Sentra needs a completelyrics new transmission. This is estimated at $3400.

Brought a brand new Nissan Vera in 2013...now my transmission is out!! Next time I will buy a Honda

I was on the interstate going about 75 mph when my Rouge jerked and started decelerating on its own. Took it to the dealership and they told me that I couldn't drive it or it would catch on fire. Unsure of what was replaced.... but the experience scared me.

I have a 2011 Nissan Rogue and I have had a lot of issues with the transmission. I loose all power to the transmission. I had to get a new transmission because of this issue. Nissan needs to pay for these vehicles. This is uncalled for.

My CVT transmission went out on my 2013 Nissan rogue at 100,000 miles and Nissan refuses to back their product. This car is supposed to last up to 300,000 miles. Yeah right !!!!

Dealership not admitting to anything on recent service at 75,000 and a contract up to 100,000 miles. I feel they are holding out on my transmission complaint.

My 2014 Nissan Sentra had the transmission die at 84,000. I'm sadly disappointed and upset.

My 2013 Sentra is on it second transmission at 83k the first when died at 52k and didn't last a year

I am outraged that Nissan continues to manufacture a faulty transmission and has known that the CVT transmissions are malfunctioning since as far back as 2008. They have offered car owners extended warranties on their selected products from 2008-2010, yet they continued to use the same transmissions in many (if not all) of their models after this class action settlement. I'm not sure why dealerships continue to sell this product as they are aware of the transmission issue. I did due diligence in believing that Nissan technicians would take care of me and I did everything that was suggested to help remedy the trouble per their recommendations, while they knowing sat back and lied to my face. I will never purchase another NIssan and will be an advocate of how Nissan dealerships blatingly look you in the face and lie about their product.

Nissan sentra 2014 brand new 12 miles off the lot brought march 15th 2015, here it is February 2017 havent had the car for 2 years yet and at 62,000 miles i start having transmission issues. Brought into nissan they told me it needs replacement its a CVT transmission. Drive the car on highway all the time. I do my own oil and matience on the vehicle being that im a college student living alone and cant afford expensive oil changes and or other nissan services. Oil change for me is synthetic at 60-90$ i go to Walmart buy my grade of oil and do it for 20 dollars haven't had a problem at all. Im not sure what to do, do to the fact i havent brought my car in ti get it repaired at nissan they wont cover the transmission part only the labor i still cant afford 3000$ on a brand new car that shouldn't be having this issue... Still owe 16,000 thinking about trading it in. Nissan needs to recall these and fix everyones car WAY to many peoole having the same problem

I have a 2013 Nissan Rouge that the transmission went out while on the interstate. I have roughly 90.000 miles on it, 80% of miles are interstate since my job requires me to travel, hence the reason I bought a Nissan for its durability in lasting a long life. I was very disappointed that after 3 yrs a TRANSMISSION would go out, really. Will no trust a Nissan again, guessing Toyota would be a better solution. Nissan headquarters claims that my CVT transmission does not fall under the recall, even though Nissan CVT transmission have ALWAYS had issues and numerous problems. Nissan was very rude and basically told me "tough S...T", even though you can look online a pull dozens of CVT problems and lawsuits filed. Thank you very much Nissan for giving me a true perspective on what a GOOD and RELIBLE car is. Since you money makers will not help me in this matter I have to fork out $4300 to get it fixed.

Had to replace my transmission on my 2013 Altima at 40000 miles, now has 47,000 and shuddering again!
