I was in my sister’s Nissan when the car started to decelerate upon passing another vehicle. We could have been involved in a head-on collision. Later down the road, the transmission went out. She owns a 2015 Nissan Versa with just over 90,000 miles on it.

My transmission went out on my 2015 Nissan Versa 1700 miles away from home. I have three times, before my warranty expired, told the dealership that my car was jerking on occasion on takeoff. Twice the fuel pump was bad and they said the jerking was probably due to the fuel pump. There were no indicator lights on the car, even when the transmission went out. Nissan is only offering to help with 60% of the $4767 estimate that they gave me. Not only that, I had to rent a car to get back home, pay for hotels, and loss of wages.

We own a 2007 Murano and it left my wife and son stranded in the middle of Colorado. The car has been at the mechanics shop for weeks and they want $5,200.00 to replace something that Nissan needs to stand behind. I’ll be chasing this Class action suit with everyone else. If anyone can offer an alternative to this please feel free to point us in another direction. Thanks In advance......

My Nissan Versa Note Plus is having problems shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. Took it to the dealership and they replaced a sensor that was listed on their recall bulletin. The problem remains and my vehicle is back at the dealership. I shouldn't bear the costs of a new transmission - the manufacturer needs to make this right and the vehicle safe.

My 03 Nissan murano has serious problems with just stalling out in the middle of the road. I got this car for my stepdaughter, and at only 152,000 miles, I've already had to replace the whole timing chain system, i didnt expect this to be happening too. But this is a common problem with these cars. I'll never buy anything nissan again

2016 Nissan Rogue needs new transmission. Nissan has no answers when I ask real questions about why this is happening. Hold them responsible!

I have a 2014 Nissan Murano and the cvt transmission just completely broke. My car isn’t drivable and I still have 3 years of payments on it. Nissan won’t take responsibility for their faulty equipment and leaves the consumer to deal with it. It’s ridiculous!!!

My 2016 Nissan Rogue, with 55000 miles on it, has recently been shuttering, shaking, feeling like it isn't properly shifting gears. It stalled in a parking lot the other day, then the vehicle completely failed and turned off. I was able to roll shortly to a safe spot. I them put the car in park and cranked it. It resumed operation, but this is very odd. Plus, the transmission still feels as if it may go out at any time.
