My Nissan Sentra 2013 transmission just died. I am being quoted $8,000 to replace the transmission with another faulty transmission. I am looking to sue in Canada.

my 2 month old altima with 200o miles on it is already going out. and the worst part is the dealership is acting like im the first case of this they ever saw! what a joke NISSAN

My 2017 Sentra was bought brand new. Not even 30,000 on it yet and have had it back at the dealership for transmission problems and they keep saying they can’t duplicate the problem. I refuse to take this piece of junk on the interstate for fear of it breaking down as it’s done this before.

2013 Altima. Have already installed one re-built CVT transmission at 90,000 miles and now it is failing as well. I cannot afford to replace 2 CVT transmissions.

When I bought my Murano the sales pitch included the "cutting edge" technology of the CVT. Not a word about their lack of reliability. They sold me on a faulty feature. Shame on Nissan!!

I have a 2017 Nissan Sentra that I bought used it was not disclosed to me that it have been in an accident and have been a rental car. In February of 2019 I began experiencing my car shutting off and not being able to turn on. I took it to the dealership and they said it was the break switch. I had it repaired and in July the car shut off again I had the break switch repaired and I continued asking them is there any recalls they said no. In August my car broke down again and I took it this time and not only is the break switch the problem it was the transmission the entire time. Now my car will not run and I am out of a way to get to work and school.

Car would not accelerate merging onto high way, almost got hit on the driver side door and from behind. My car jerked and putted the whole way home. I could have seriously been injured.

I just found out about the class action lawsuit my 2016 Nissan Altima which has the same problem but mileage is high 120,000 miles and well maintained luckily the deceleration from 65miles/hour to 40miles/hour almost cost my life on the free way no warning sign showed up now dealer tells me out of warranty tough luck hope will get help on your settlement

Have had problems withe the transmission on my 2012 Nissan Versa. Just over 100,000 km and had to replace the valve body, now being told I have to replace the transmission itself. Very costly repairs that Nissan should acknowledge there is a problem and replace

Bought 2010 Rogue. Replaced CVT 4 years ago. New one went again. Nissan took existing KM on car NOT on new transmisson even though it was under extended warranty.

Got a Nissan Maxima 2012, with 135,800 miles on it which should be nothing for a Nissan. CVT transmission went out and Nissan wants 3500 to fix it.. Went to Nissan for maintenance and transmission gone!!! 2 years left to pay on it.. I will never get another one!!!!!

2012 Altima 110,000. 65mph and the car just lost power. Luckily my daughter didn't panic and put on the hazards and pulled over. This is my 4th Nissan and 2nd car with transmission problems. I'm out $4,000.

2013 Cube. Same as all above. Just had full transmission and car back within a week and almost got t-boned with the acceleration issue. STEP UP, NISSAN.

Sluggish acceleration, loud growling noises when accelerating, vibrations, a small chug when I start accelerating.
