I have 2013 nissan sentra. I bought slight over a year ago. Has about 92k miles on it. After street light turns green foot on the gas I go no where. Other time seems like doesn't want to shift out of 3rd gear.

Had a problem with my car. I did not realize what it was until I started reading post about problems with the Nissan Sentra. My car started to jump and run really rough. We were sitting at a red light when it started acting up. The car was acting up and trying to turn off. It finally shut off and then my daughter had to hurry up and start it back up so ahe could get out of the road way.

My 2011 Murano with 82,000 miles had a sudden transmission failure. This car is impeccably maintained and apparently they are only allowing up to 2010 to be repaired under warranty, how is my transmission any less defective!

2013 Nissan Sentra 62k miles. Transmission went out and they want $4k to repair, I also found out I had a remainder of a factory warranty that was 5 years or 60k miles.. purchased this car and never knew it had a warranty. Nissan needs to recall and reimburse!

I have a 2013 Nissan Rogue with 54k miles on it and the CVT just started going into safe mode intermittently. Dealership won't do anything about it unless I duplicate it for them.

I bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra SR in July of 2015. We did this because we wanted a reliable car that would last to 200k miles. Since about 10k milles teh RPMs race up and dropping down and no acceleration. I called the service dept of the dealership and took it into them. They ran diagnostic tests and found nothing. I was on the highway the other day and almost got into an accident because i was in the fast lane and doing 70 and suddenly the car would not accelerate. I ended up slowing down to 45 and when i hit the gas pedal it just revved. I tookthe car back to Nissan and again they can't duplicate it or pick anything up with diagnostics. I'm very worried I will get into a bad accident.

I have a 2013 Nissan versa with less than a hundred thousand miles on it and now I'm being told I need to replace the transmission. The car broke down on me on my move from Louisiana to Virginia. Nissan had the audacity to offer me $500 on a trade. Nissan refuses to stand behind their products.

This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed and should be resolved with compensation.

My 2014 Nissan Versa Transmission went out right after the 65,000 warranty. I lost my job because I couldn't get to work, because Nissan would not fix the car.

this transmission just does not hold up. every model of every year vehicle it has been installed in fails. worse yet, replacement transmissions are just rebuilds with no cure.
