Bought 2012 Altima for my daughter. Vehicle has 50,000 miles on it and it decelerated on the freeway, luckily she was able to get off safely. Now my friend's Nissan has the same problem. Told her to take to dealer so there is documentation.

My 2014 nissan versa transmission has died as well at 62,000 miles and nissan wants 4,200 to replace.

My 2012 Sentra has a CVT trans that failed. I was on a busy interstate when I lost acceleration. I was fortune enough to safely make it off the highway and get to a dealer. They were no help because it didn't happen for them, and my year wasn't included in the extended CVT trans warranty. If Nissan knew it was a problem, why add it to new models? I'm afraid to drive my car anyway.

Same issues in my 2014 Sentra SV, Nissan told me it was perfectly safe and fine for my family to drive a car that has had 3 new transmissions in 3 months and that a buy back was not appropriate.

This is my second attempt to sign up first this petition. My car doesn't increase it speed going up hills our merging in and out of lanes. At one point my 2013 sentra stalled on me entering into an intersection.

My boyfriend bought a 2008 Nissan Altima about 1.5 yrs ago. Transmission just went out and he still owes a lot on the car. Just payed $4000 to get the transmission replaced and they told us the new transmission is faulty too. Why hasn't Nissan fixed their transmissions!?

I own a 2012 Nissan Altima with 10373 miles , Have been told that I need a new transmission to cost $4000. Currently awaiting decision from Nissan as to if they will assist me with an out of warranty assistance claim

2 cars, Nissan Versa and Juke-2012 & 2012. CVT issue and $8,000 dollars later, Nissan will not acknowledge that there is a serious defect with these CVT's. Called the Consume Affairs Dept but was no help, was even escalated to a supervisor, still no help.

My wife has a 2010 nissan sentra 94000 miles currently fighting Nissan to cover cvt that needs to be replaced costing $4050
Nissan saying car is not covered under extended warranty based on vehicle vin number and sentra model
Yet Nissan vehicle customer satisfaction page for the cvt program states all Nissans model years from 2003-2010 with cvt will be covered 10 year or 120k

I have a 2013 nissan sentry SL. I still owe $11,500 on the car and my transmission went out. Nissan knows how faulty these transmission are and they should fix them.
