I have a 2016 rogue and I'm not even a year into the lease. I'm terrified to drive it, the engine revs like I'm a race car driver but won't move and it sputters on hills trying to go. This thing is a death trap

We have a 2012 Altima that has had the same transmission issues as everyone else! I've taken it to Nissan and they say they've never heard of this...Never ever buy a nissan! Terrible customer service, liars! This is my teenage son's car and he's almost gotten killed on the interstate!

2011 Nissan Rogue 85,537 miles. Cvt failure on interstate causing loss of acceleration and power putting us in a deadly and dangerous situation. Because it's a 2011 Nissan didn't extend the warranty on them and refuses to help cover the 4500.00 cost

2011 Rogue. 85,573 miles. Yesterday while traveling the interstate my car went into limp mode after the rpms shot up to 4-5000. Car lost power in 70mph heavy traffic narrowly avoiding a possibly deadly accident as there were many tractor trailers behind us traveling at high rates of speed.

I purchased a new 2013 Nissan Versa with 102,000 miles. When driving the car lost acceleration and wouldn't move. I took it to Nissan to find out why this happened and they said the car needed a new transmission. The car isn't paid for and it needs a new transmission? The car has always been serviced by Nissan. This is unacceptable. Thank you.

I told the technician that something wasn't right and he said it was normal for this type of transmission.

Nissan is knowingly selling these cars with the defective cvt transmissions. They are extremely dangerous. Does someone have to die before Nissan makes this right? My repair bill will be two thirds the cos pf the car and more than the value. Nissan knowingly sold me this car with the defe tive transmission. Until they make this right I'm going to tell thousands of folks what they did to me.

My daughter has had a sentra for 3.5 years and the transmission has failed, Nissan is trying to charge us an arm and a leg for a new one...ridiculous! They need to pay and replace a new one for her vehicle, she still as another year and a half to pay on the vehicle, should not have these kinds of problems.

2013 Nissan Sentra 45,000 mi needs new transmission. We did have extended warrantee, however concerned about replacement transmission having same problem. So many, many cvt complaints on line. This is a safety issue. Shame on Nissan for not issuing a recall!

These cvt transmissions are a piece of junk Nissan knows this and aren't doing anything about it. My daughter could have been killed. I contacted Nissan and they said they couldn't do anything about it. They need to be sued! I'm done with Nissan! Don't buy a Nissan!

I have a 2013 Nissan Versa that I purchased new and the CVT transmission has gone out. I purchased another transmission in June 2017 and needless to say it is defective as well. I am currently making car payments on a vehicle that is inoperable. I would like to know what is Nissan's intentions on assisting customers that are having trouble the CVT transmissions? I am about 2 go on my 2nd CVT transmission. A new one will not solve the issue.

A mechanic put my car up on a lift and said the only thing is wrong is that half of my transmission is working. And that the other half will eventually go out so I need to get a full brand new transmission rebuilt.
