vandegrift lets students wear nike shorts and tank tops and we're one of the most academically and athletically competitive and successful high schools in the state of Texas. it's almost like another students body isn't a fault for the failure of another student...weird...

Focus more on learning material than dress code. College has no dress codes and students are doing just fine. Nike shorts are a way to make yourself feel comfortable at your "day home" since you spend most of your days there.

I don't even go to this school, but dress codes are becoming so ridiculous. Students should have a say on what happens in schools and the school boards should actually pay attention to them. School is for education, and I the schools are focussing on dress codes instead of that, then we have a problem.

There is no dress code in college and we are all doing just fine. Put the focus on learning instead of attire and students will excel in class instead of on Instagram.

I'm mad cuz apparently guys get turned on by the stupidest things so girls now cannot wear them like sandals. I'm so done with this dress code because if teachers can do it why can't we? Last year dying hair was also a horrible thing but my teacher dyed her hair anyway
