Dress code isn't sexist, its just there is a standard level of decadency that girls more often go beyond.

The dress code is ridiculously restrictive for girls and I've heard rumor that boys can "dress code" the girls if they're wearing something distracting. This is an absolutely horrifying example of how sexism is still running rampant in our culture and administrators who uphold this unnecessary standard deserve reprimand, reproach, and should be ashamed of themselves at the very least. Short shorts are in fashion, are comfortable and functional in the sweltering TEXAS HEAT. Tank tops aren't illegal, nor is cleavage anywhere else in the United States. Oh, except where teenage boys might be distracted and then it's unacceptable?!?! No, teach the boys to act like gentlemen and teach the girls to act like ladies.
