The use of Nazi symbols in Nicki Minaj's most recent music video only is both shocking and downright inappropriate. No matter if the director of this video claims to be antisemitic or not, the symbols and images used do glorify a regime that was responsible for the murder of six million Jews and millions of other minorities and ethnicities such as Poles, Roma, Sinti, Homosexuals. I am not calling for this video to be banned, because the artists involved are free to express themselves any way they wish. Instead, I am proposing that we stand up and say that it is inappropriate and offensive. Pop culture has gotten to the point that shocking people is the best way to get attention and views. They have gotten that. Now let's make it heard that it was not, and is not right.
