Absolutely disgraceful that a representative not only feels this way but publicizes his feelings. Disgusting human being.

I snort in derision and want to vomit in response to reading the asinine, clueless and just plain stupid quote that was spewed from the mouth of "so called" Rep. Robert Fisher! He needs to be removed from office right away, no delay!

He has got to go. How do you explain what this horrible man is saying to New Hampshire's children, especially young girls? He is an embarrassment, and a distraction. We need to elect better human beings.

I think that this Representative is highly offensive. His remarks condone rape and actually encourage it. Sexual violence is horrible and so is this man

It's disgusting that anyone actually thinks this of rape, let alone says it publicly. This type of behaviour from white men ( in particular but non-exclusive to others) in positions of power teaches young people that raping someone is okay to do and that being sexually assaulted " isn't an absolute bad".

He has no business being in public service; get rid of him in addition to the increase in funding!

I hate sexualized violence! There is no way this man should be in a political position after this statement has been made public. Please take him away from office!!!

Rape is wrong. Rape is illegal and rapists are criminals. People, especially public servants should not endorse rape because the rapist enjoys it.

this is just, wow, yikes, nope, this will absolutely not do. Education is essential at this point if NH and America can move forward.

Unbelievable that someone with such little moral fiber and common sense is a member of our government. He needs to GO!!
