If I were a rape victim in NH - God forbid - on any day AFTER this fool made this statement, I would come for NH in court on the grounds that this state representative may have influenced the attacker. Yelling "FIRE!" in a crowded theater is NOT protected speech. NH should look to its liability in this matter.
