Only a rapist would say and/or think rape is not an absolute bad because he is the initiator of an act of power and control over a less powerful human being. If this man were the victim of sexual violence, I think he would feel just as violated as most victims do. Keep this man out of government, his point of view is dangerous and favors those committing sexual violence against women and girls.
