As a New Hampshire resident, I am appalled by this behavior. Our government and government officials should be serving in our best interests. This talk is not in anyone's best interests. This is a representative of the state promoting a CRIME! I'm embarrassed for anyone who does not everything they can to remove him from office.

Let him be raped and see how much he enjoys it.
Does he have a daughter, I wonder?

This type of language is unconscionable. It speaks to the level of rape culture in our society that a piblic official thinks the pleasure of the rapist is to be taken into consideration. I am breathless with rage.

Rape Culture has been given legitamacy in this administration, and all the scum is rising. We need to clean it out, once and for all.

If he's irresponsible enough to make such a comment publicly he is not responsible or intelligent enough to be a representative of the people. Period. You shouldn't get second chances on that.
